CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policies A valid card on file and a deposit are required to book all appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If proper notice is not provided within the 24-hour timeframe, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Clients who cancel an appointment and wish to rebook will be required to pay a new deposit. Late Arrivals There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in order to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. Clients who no-show may also no longer be permitted to book future appointments with The Good Skin Studio. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend appointments unless previously approved. Service Refunds Due to the time, products, and customized nature of services provided, refunds are not offered on completed services. However, client satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to reach out within 48 hours if you have concerns regarding your treatment. By booking an appointment with The Good Skin Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
